Carbenoxolone as a Multifunctional Vehicle for Electrodeposition of Materials

چکیده

This investigation describes for the first time application of carbenoxolone electrophoretic deposition (EPD) different carbon materials, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and their composite films. Carbenoxolone is a versatile biosurfactant, which adsorbs on materials due to its amphiphilic structure allows charging dispersion. Moreover, exhibits film-forming properties, are investigated in experiments EPD films using water ethanol-water solvents. The new process monitored situ yield film microstructure analyzed at conditions. mechanism involves electrode reactions surfactant. data potentiodynamic studies coupled with results impedance spectroscopy show that PTFE can be applied protect metals from corrosion. Electron microscopy, electrochemical techniques modeling used analysis porosity prepared as co-surfactant composites.
